We’re so looking forward to welcoming you to Aqua Ignis Bathhouse. Below is everything you need to know to make the most of your experience.

To ensure a smoother check-in experience, please complete your waiver at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

TIMING & DURATION

Your booking includes a 1.5-hour bathing session, with full access to all our bathhouse facilities.

Please allow up to 2 hours total for your visit, including time to change, settle in, and ease out of your session.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get oriented and make a smooth, relaxed start.

PLEASE NOTE - the first and last session of every day is a SILENT SESSION - if you need to update or change your session time see below.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please make sure you have removed all makeup and jewellery (as it can get hot in the sauna), tie your hair up and have had a good shower.
Please bring clean swimwear, for hygiene reasons we do not allow guests to use the facilities in their underwear. We do refuse entry to anyone without proper swimwear.
Read and signed your waiver agreement when booking for the first time - see T&Cs
Please note our floors can be cold, especially during winter, for your comfort we advise you to bring your own sandals
We recommend hydrating before, during and after your session (be prepared to sweat).
Ensure you have gone through our Bathhouse Etiquette.

AMENITIES & WATER

Lockers are provided for personal items.

All water onsite is triple-filtered and free from PFAS, fluoride, heavy metals, and other contaminants.

Still, sparkling, and ambient filtered water is available throughout the space.

Organic herbal tea and fruit also provided.

Bringing your own water bottle is welcome.

THE SPACE

Please note; our bathhouse is located within a renovated 100 year old heritage listed building and the facilities are spread over two floors with access via a staircase.

Please be mindful that due to the nature of our building it is unsuitable for any individuals with a mobility impairment.

UPDATING OR CHANGING YOUR BOOKING

Any changes that need to be made to your booking can be done via our online portal up to 24 hours before.

For any changes within 24 hours of your booking, please call.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made up to 24 hrs before your booking are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking, no refund will be issued.

For cancellations of a rescheduled booking, no refund will be issued.

Although we don't offer massages at Aqua Ignis, we recommend Sensalium for massages and facials.

Sensalium is a studio located in Blackheath, less than 200m from the Aqua Ignis. Combining the two makes for a truly restorative half-day wellness itinerary.
